the restaurant staff provided really good service during breakfast. the buffet offered plentiful choices. the bathroom included a modern design with spacious features.
the pool required a walk down many steps from the hotel, which i found a bit inconvenient

the breakfast included many sicilian specialties. i enjoyed the peaceful garden, it was a great oasis. the hotel is near the town's ancient greco-roman theater..
the shower head was loose in my room. the wall mount was old, so it kept swiveling down. using it became frustrating.. the tv was quite small. i feel they need replacement with larger tvs.

The hotel location is very central with commanding views. I could see Mount Etna. The service was first class, and all staff were cute. I especially thank Gabriella, as she looked after us during dinner. It was a lovely experience.
I found a lack of maintenance visible in the gardens, pool and rooms. Our room felt very tired and in need of an update, I noticed a broken shower head. The bathroom sink was also broken.

The hotel offers perfect location. It's very near the town center. There are commanding views of the bay below. I could see Mount Etna clearly from the hotel.
