check-in was smooth. my room was large and it featured a lovely garden view and a patio.. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and a soak-tub.
the bar has a very limited selection of beverages.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had USB charging ports, a practical addition (very useful for a traveller like me!). I appreciated the complimentary bicycles, great for exploring the area.
My room was in the basement. It felt a bit dark and musty. The gym was under maintenance. Repairs were ongoing .

I was given a basement room and it had a noticeable mold smell. I couldn't breathe normally. Breakfast wasn't excellent. The staff didn't seem to care about my discomfort.
