central location daily cleaning
the hotel is near the bus terminal that helps a lot to visit the island i found the staff friendly and helpful they provided all info i asked for. the hotel also offers a daily cleaning service

close location bus stop mold pedal poor hairdryer
the location was very close to the fira bus stop , about a 3-5mins walk.
i found mold on the pedal of the trash bin in the bathroom , a detail that bothered me a lot. there was no iron in the room , and the hairdryer provided was of poor quality. also , the mirror was placed too low , , made it difficult to use.

the location was convenient. it was a short walk to the main area, with restaurants. i found the staff helpful, they assisted with directions. the pool area was clean.
the room was small. there was a slight musty odor. the shower had a curtain, this resulted in water on the bathroom floor.

The location was acceptable, very close to the bus station.
The room was quite small and the furnishings felt dated. The bathroom proved particularly inadequate, with a shower with very limited space and a curtain that stuck to me. This.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff better rate
i loved the helpful staff and quick help with airport transfers at rates better than travel companies offered! the location was perfect.. it was walking distance from everything i needed. i really appreciated the sweet recommendations i received.
The showerhead lacked a holder. I had to hold it. i could hear water running loudly through pipes whenever another room used water. it was a bit inconvenient.
