The room included a well-stocked mini bar and a spacious layout. A large bathroom and a balcony with a lovely view complemented the space. (I especially liked that I could request different pillows to suit my needs.)
The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed some traces of the previous guest upon arrival. The food seemed unvaried with little diversity. (I did expect more variety and quality for a hotel of this category.)

Really good Service and Comfort

The welcome upon arrival included a thorough explanation of all the amenities. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. I received a complimentary upgrade to a superior room (it was a pleasant surprise). The room included a private terrace with sunbeds overlooking the sea.
The walk to the marina took about 15-20 minutes. Access to the promenade requires either using a lift or going through the garage.

The hotel has a wonderful spa. The spa has a pool. Access to the beach is convenient via a lift (it's very handy).

Breakfast had a wide selection of fruits and cereals. Hot food was available from a menu. The hotel served evening meals with menu choices and nightly specials (the food was consistently first class).

Every staff member cared about the guests. The staff ensured the hotel was immaculate. The staff provided very useful information upon arrival. One can also use an app to access available hotel facilities.

The location is superb, right across from the beach. The staff EVERYWHERE were great for ALL guests. I found the hotel to be clean and VERY classy. The chefs made gluten-free options for me, including churros and crepes, AMAZING!!!
The pillows were slightly too soft for my liking.

The welcome drink and snack upon arrival were very nice! i loved the spaciousness of the superior room sea view i had. The mini bar was well stocked. the extensive wine list and great menu at dinner were highlights. The steak was cooked AMAZING!!!
The spa had limited availability one day. It was hard to get a slot without a reservation.
