my loft was clean. the location is good for walking to attractions. the staff were polite and kind. breakfast had a great selection.
the code to enter the building did not work on arrival. i was lucky another guest opened the door for me. when i called the listed number, the person seemed put out that i asked questions about the space. i was not told i had to ask every day to get my water bottle refilled.
