the hotel had a decent selection of food in the restaurant.

the receptionist clearly favored guests who paid more. they even made a comment about my room choice being basic. the hallways on floors 100-150 looked quite old, and the carpets weren't clean. i think there are better options for the money.

the staff showed some bias. it seemed service was prioritize for french and german speakers. as a result i sometimes felt overlooked at the bar. i found the process frustrating and less attentive than i expect it to be.
