romantic getaway by the nile

warm smileamazing viewold equipment
the staff greeted us with warm smiles and remembered us from previous visits. the service by the pool was attentive, especially from mr eslam abdo younis and mr bassem abdelalla! our room on the 18th floor offered amazing views of the nile.
The nail salon seemed dirty and unprofessional. The equipment was old! i felt that this area needs some attention to match the luxury of the rest of the hotel.

the room had fresh towels and linens daily thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff. it included ample space and convenient amenities. the balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee.

The pool area provided a relaxing escape from the bustling city. It seemed like a true oasis. the gardens were expansive. a mall exists inside the hotel, providing convenient shopping options.

I found the staff cute and efficient. Ganna at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. Masoud, a waiter in the M Club lounge, gave me a table with a Nile River view and kept my drinks refilled.
The breakfast experience was somewhat chaotic. I was asked repeatedly for my room number. The buffet food was often cold. Some containers remained empty. Seating outside had stained seat cushions.

the breakfast buffet had a great variety. i found several bars and restaurants to suit my taste. the pool was clean and gorgeous, i enjoyed it a lot (i spent hours there!).

I enjoyed the jw's steakhouse. The quality of meat WAS really good. The sides and drinks were perfect.
The checkin process took 30 minutes. I waited for my room. The guest rooms are dated though housekeeping WAS superb
