The buffet breakfast had many choices. Ms. Doan from the front office helped me a lot. Ms. Phuong , ms. thuy , mr vu and mr kha from kichen served us well. I received an upgraded room with an ocean view, a beautiful view of the ocean and city lights at night. The room was big ,clean , and had a balcony ,convenient for beach access.
The pool has a limited number of beds in the sun, with most located in shaded areas.

Staff members like Ms. Doan, Ms. Phuong, and others were attentive and helpful. The team addressed requests quickly , and provided personalized attention , which enhanced the quality of my stay.

The hotel has a private beach, it was so easy to relax. Restaurants, convenient stores, and a beauty salon are less than a half mile away. Very convenient! i LIKED the ocean view from my room. So beautiful.
i noticed the windows weren't completely soundproof, so i could hear some traffic.

the staff offers support for all customer requests. the GRO staff, especially bich thuy and thien phuong, provided information about local food and entertainment. they were so patient and careful.

the hotel's location is perfect. you can feel the ocean breeze. it is fresh and cool even in the heat. it is so lovely.

I stayed in a studio with an ocean view king bed. The room included two separate sinks. The view had a great sunrise and views of the beach.
The hot food at the breakfast buffet was not hot. Heat lamps were ineffective.
