i found our room was close to many amenities. the resort was clean and quiet. the staff members were courteous .
the showers had some filth upon our arrival. there was hair present in the shower. there was also soap scum, rather disgusting to see.

The grounds are upkept beautifully. This aspect met expectations.
i found the noise levels quite bothersome. i was woken up EVERY morning by the upstairs neighbor flushing their toilet. the sound of water rushing through the pipes was VERY audible, and doors slamming echoed. i THINK they could do more to improve sound insulation.

The full kitchen included a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Having laundry facilities in the unit was convenient. I found plenty of parking spaces near the building.
The tv service seemed outdated. I could not use a streaming service on the television in my room. It was a cable service and not a smart tv.

the villa offered two bathrooms, a laundry closet, and a screened balcony with seating. big pools allowed relaxation. playgrounds for children were available. it was perfect.
i found that the unit felt somewhat dated, with a less than stellar cleaning job, rated at about 5/10. the top of the fridge had accumulated dust, and a noticeable odor emanated from the kitchen sink.
