this hotel had very warm staff. my room was super clean and quiet. the pool on the 6th floor was a fantastic addition and i loved the views.
my accessible room was not accessible. the shower lacked handrails. the toilet was low.

the hotel is very convenient because it's inside the airport. i found the staff to be really great. it is convenient and provides great access.
the carpet is very thick, my bags don't wheel well on them. this could be better.

the hotel is right inside the airport terminal. it made catching my early flight very easy. the room was spacious and clean, it had plenty of outlets for charging my devices. the staff at the front desk was quick and helpful, and they accommodate a request i made.
the room faced the interior courtyard, so it was noisy late at night. i could hear a lot of noise coming from security below. the hotel dont had quick meals for purchase at the front desk, only candy. finding the hotel from the car rental return area was a bit difficult, and the signs was not very clear.
