Excellent Hotel Stay
efficient room servicecomfortable beds
The room service was fast and efficient. Pools are clean and accessible, their use included in the price. I found beds very comfortable. The hotel is close to Universal Studios, only a ten minute drive.

The hotel offers close proximity to Epic Universe. The hotel is slightly isolated, therefore a car or ride-sharing service is necessary to reach International Drive.

The buffet restaurant offers fantastic servers and excellent food quality. Numerous other restaurants operate, but some are closed during the week. A takeaway area provides sandwiches, offering additional convenience for quick meals.

Staff members are wonderful and assisted guests at the front desk. They are helpful in the hallways and throughout the hotel. The staff on valet parking are very polite to guests.
