pretty good stay with a couple of issues

great locationpatio viewhumid roombug issue

i really loved the location of this place , it was close to everything i wanted to do. my room had good ac and a nice patio with views of the grounds , which was super neat.

the room was kind of damp and humid , it even started to smell pretty quickly. i tried opening the door to get some airflow , but then mosquitoes and bugs would get in , which wasn't ideal.

gorgeous groundsvolcano viewsamazing staffevening restrictions

i visited with my family this march and loved it! the grounds are gorgeous and the volcano views are very nice. the staff was amazing , and i really enjoyed the food. we definitely preferred eating here instead of going into town.

i wish they had some restrictions for children in the thermal area later in the evening. limiting it to adults after 6 pm would be great. it would allow for a more relaxing experience.

the on-site restaurant had a diverse menu , and breakfast offered plenty of options. i really enjoyed the shrimp risotto , and the prices were reasonable for the quality and portions received.
