comfortable bedhelpful staff

the room was very spacious with an comfortable bed and nice toiletries. the staff was helpful and spoke english well. the free pass was great and gave me free transport on the trams and discounts to museums.

i found the church bells ringing every 15 minutes through the night a bit disturbing, even with the earplugs.

the staff offered great recommendations for restaurants. i found the signature design room beautiful , unusual and modern , particularly the shower and facilities.

the room lacked a fridge , something i would have appreciated.

The location was fine.

My room was not ideal. The church bells rang constantly. The earplugs provided did not help at all. Roadworks added to the noise and went on past midnight. The bar also closed early , disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
