uncomfortable mattress cracked tiles
the mattress felt quite uncomfortable and could definitely use an update. i also noticed some mold in the shower around the tiling and a couple of cracked tiles there too. despite requesting room service, the bed was just pulled up with tangled sheets. it was difficult to get it done at all since i was told they were busy checking out 36 rooms, even though the hotel only has 36 rooms.

The hotel provided a minibar and an ironing board in the room. The TV worked well. Staff members were cute, and they fulfilled every request. I found the location convenient to walk to places in the central area.
My room had limited natural light because the windows were quite small and obscured.

Breakfast provided a healthy choice of food, which I thought was really good. It was fairly comprehensive. There were no issues with finding a table even when busy, and the area was well kept during service.

Staff members were helpful and courteous at all times. The reception was always manned, and any queries were dealt with efficiently. The team provided assistance with directions and local information. This was greatly appreciated.

strange smell buffet refills
The room smelled a bit strange. Maybe it was some incense. It was not possible to get fresh air because the windows did not open. Breakfast was a little disappointing. It seemed understaffed as one person did the reception, coffee, dishes, and refilled the buffet.

helpful staff excellent location clean rooms
i found the staff helpful and they did not make anything a problem. the location was good for my purposes , close to food and shops. the rooms generally were clean , which i appreciated.
i noticed the car park was a bit complicated , involving card access during closing times. it required a ticket to get through the boom gate , as well as one provided by the hotel. i found this system inconvenient.

the location proved convenient. the room was clean. i found the staff very helpful. the breakfast included many well-cooked items.
the mattress was quite uncomfortable. i also noticed mould in the shower around the tiling. the cracked tiles were also noticeable in the bathroom.
