the staff were helpful. the hotel gave a refund when i left early due to the red sea being closed. the accommodation provide a comfortable stay. they offer daily lectures about egypt and the ocean.
the breakfast starts too late for early diving excursions.

delicious fooddedicated staffrelaxing pool
The restaurant team, especially nabil, provided superb service. the food was delicious. I found the dishes carefully curated with fresh tastes. chico, the pool steward, was also great. He made the pool area even more relaxing.
The rooms didn't have phones, i contacted reception via a qr code. That meant emails went back and forth.
