cleaning schedule multiple request
the front desk staff displayed acceptable levels of professionalism.
The room cleaning schedule was not acceptable. the room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. it did not happen as scheduled. i had to request cleaning service on multiple occasions, quite inconvenient and disrupted my stay.
