Mixed Feelings , To Be Honest
rude employee disorganized service
The front desk experience really started things off poorly. I had to ask for updates , even though they said they would text me when the room was ready. Then , there was the slipper situation. They offered slippers and handed me a size chart with kids' sizes , but claimed they didn't have kids' sizes , or maybe there was a limit , who knows. It all felt a bit disorganized and not very cute.

automatic blinds comfortable beds water fountains
The room had automatic blinds , which were very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Water fountains throughout the hotel allowed endless refills of the complimentary water bottle.

clean room wonderful service free water
The room had a very clean feel! The staff provided wonderful customer service. Free water bottles were a nice touch. The hotel's location off the main beach walk offered a more quiet, reserved environment.
