The room was not up to par. I expected more from a four-star hotel. The amenities were sparse, with no coffee or tea making facilities available. the room cleaning was inconsistent. It often occurred late in the afternoon.

The room decor and atmosphere throughout the facility were great. The front desk went out of their way to get me an upgrade to a room with a view. The location allows an easy walk to the beach.

The amenities in the room were minimal ,with no coffee or tea making facilities. There was minimal space to store suitcases. and an iron was not available without request.

I was somewhat disappointed with a few things . I waited a long time. also, my room did not have a coffee maker, a small detail i missed. these issues impacted the overall experience negatively for me, even though everything else was fine.

the hotel location was great. it was only a few blocks away from the beach. i also appreciate the hotel restaurant. the breakfast was excellent.

i did not like that my room wasn't cleaned for two days. they did remove the dirty towels. but they didn't replace them with new ones.
