location decent , but some ISSUES
musty air conditioningempty ice machine
the room was tidy, but the air conditioning smelled musty. it was not strong , but noticeable and affected sleep quality. additionally , accessing the ice machine required a long walk down the hall. the machine itself was often empty , causing further inconvenience. I needed ice several times and this became quite frustrating

This hotel features staff who are very helpful and responds fast. My City View Balcony King room was very clean and the bed plus pillows feel comfy. I also enjoyed the free water, so delicious!
I found there was no self-parking and that resulted in a valet fee.

The service includes beach towels and beach chairs. These items are available if one gets there early. The staff responds quickly to all requests. I appreciate their fast responses and willingness to assist with various needs. Staff are attentive to guests.

The rooms feature very clean bathrooms. This detail contributes positively to the overall experience. Rooms have refrigerators but no microwave or coffee maker. Rooms offer Diamond Head crater view and also views of the beach.

The hotel is near Diamond Head. This placement makes attractions very accessible. I found several shops and quick stores for food nearby. The hotel's setting away from the main part ensures a serene setting.

the promised quiet i was hoping for did not materialize. deliveries arrived early. vacuuming started way too early too. i found it hard to get good rest (and i really needed it).
