The location was good. It was close to wawel castle.
The air conditioning unit was quite loud. it made it difficult to sleep well. the toilet was directly in front of the sink. It was hard to stand there.

The location was acceptable and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The air conditioning unit in my room was excessively loud. It made sleeping difficult and disrupted my rest. The bathroom layout was also awkward with the toilet positioned directly in front of the sink. It made using the sink uncomfortable.

hose showertv problem
i must say, the shower was a bit of a letdown. it was one of those handheld hose types, i had to hold it the entire time. washing my hair seemed like a real chore. also, the tv decided to play hide-and-seek. it took three attempts before someone finally figured out how to turn it on,, uh, not ideal.

i found the staff friendly. they were very helpful during check-in. the room was spotlessly clean and the location was ideal, close to the castle. the bar offered a cozy atmosphere.
the coffee during breakfast wasn't quite up to par, tasting somewhat weak.
