excellent location fresh choices ready staff clean room
the location was excellent with easy access to main attractions. the breakfast had many options available and fresh choices. the front desk staff was always ready to assist with directions and information. i found the room impeccably clean upon arrival and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
i noticed a slight delay in response time when requesting additional toiletries.

parking issue no apology
The reception staff offered helpful advice. This met my expectations.
The parking situation was unacceptable. I booked parking onsite prior to arrival. The hotel confirmed the reservation, yet upon my return, another guest occupied my space. Management offered no apology and refused to cover the £30 fee for alternative parking.

The hotel is close to the main square and Wawel Castle. The staff provided a helpful introduction to the city upon my arrival. The breakfast buffet offered many options. They even mailed my shoe back to me after I left it behind!!!

The hotel is near the main park. It takes only a short walk to reach the main square and the castle from there. Its situation provides proximity to the city center. a quiet environment.

Acceptable Stay with Issues
loud unit awkward layout
The location was acceptable and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The air conditioning unit in my room was excessively loud. It made sleeping difficult and disrupted my rest. The bathroom layout was also awkward with the toilet positioned directly in front of the sink. It made using the sink uncomfortable.

hose shower tv problem
i must say, the shower was a bit of a letdown. it was one of those handheld hose types, i had to hold it the entire time. washing my hair reminded me of a real chore. also, the tv decided to play hide-and-seek. it took three attempts before someone finally figured out how to turn it on,, uh, not ideal.

friendly staff super clean room ideal location cozy atmosphere
i found the staff friendly. they were very helpful during check-in. the room was spotlessly clean and the location was ideal, close to the castle. the bar offered a cozy atmosphere.
the coffee during breakfast wasn't quite up to par, tasting somewhat weak.
