The hotel room included complimentary bottled water. The kitchenette was well equipped for preparing small meals. Breakfast offered fresh salads, fruits, and delicious coffee. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I noticed that my room was situated near a lift. It announced its arrival quite loudly.

the room had catering facilities. kettle, microwave, etc, were available.
i chose this hotel for the kitchenette in the room, but neither the microwave nor the refrigerator worked. i could not heat any food or cool a bottle of water. the staff at the reception could not solve the situation.

The hotel offered a really good breakfast selection. i particularly enjoyed the fresh salads and delicious coffee. the staff were very polite and helpful. i found the little spa to be a lovely addition. It cost 100 zlotys per hour, a price i was glad to pay.
the hotel was quite warm, and i couldn't fully turn off the heating, just lowered it.

I loved my spacious studio balcony! it was super clean and so well-equipped! the hotel provided free water and delicious coffee from their own roastery. What a treat! the breakfast was also amazing! it included fresh salads, fruits, cakes, and even sparkling wine. Can you believe it?! the staff were polite and very helpful.
The spa has an extra price of 100 zlotys per hour. I feel it should be free.

The studio balcony had great lighting options and plenty of sockets for all my devices. the bathroom was clean, spacious, and the bed and pillows felt very comfortable. i could even make delicious coffee in my room. Everything was perfect!

the breakfast had local dishes. it also had some international food, it was good. the hotel is near main attractions. the hotel provides parking but it is a 10 minutes walk.
the day i stayed at the hotel, there was no hot water. i arrived after a long train and i was not able to shower. i boiled water to wash my hair.

Great Stay at Central Location

The room was spacious. It included a nice kitchenette and a sitting area on the balcony. The hotel was clean. I found all staff friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide assortment. The food included champagne and mimosas (I thought it was a nice touch).
The male receptionist could have been more considerate. I was told a late checkout at 12 pm was possible, but he called at 11 am and brusquely insisted I leave immediately.

Breakfast offered scrambled eggs and omelets. Both were cooked to perfection. I noticed an excellent location close to the main square. It remains away from the hustle and bustle, so it is quiet at night.
