i find the location amazing. this hotel has a unique architectural style i admire. the bathroom was very spacious. the staff showed genuine kindness. the restaurant presented me with a pleasurable eating experience.

underwhelming experience
noisy air conditioning tiny room
the building is beautiful, a definite plus.
My room was tiny and lacked natural light, so moving around was a struggle. also, the air conditioning was terribly noisy. It made it hard to sleep at night. i've stayed in better.

tiny room bad mattress quality
the restaurant had many options, acceptable.
The room size disappointed me. It felt quite tiny. the mattress was like it had seen better days, also of bad quality. i felt as though the stay only needed 12 hours after all.

historic ambiance prime location attentive staff tranquil dining
I adored the historic ambiance and prime location. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay, a total plus. Kite flying from the rooftop was an absolute must, providing unique entertainment. The hotel's courtyard offered a tranquil dining experience..
The surrounding neighborhood was a bit chaotic. Getting to the hotel on narrow streets was slightly challenging at first.

helpful staff comfy bed kite flying dirty area unavailable wifi no bottled water
The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked great. I also enjoyed good views from the rooftop where the hotel had kite flying a unique interesting and fun activity.
The hotel did not provide bottled water in the room. The WiFi did not work anywhere in the hotel. The surrounding area is very dirty and the hotel is not easily accessible.

unique architecture nice experience
The hotel boasts unique architecture. the staff were kind and cute. the restaurant food and atmosphere are lovely. i hope to visit the other hotel properties. The experience was nice.
The dance program advertised felt too short. I expected a longer performance duration.

historic architecture friendly staff vegan breakfast
The building's architecture felt historic. Friendly staff assisted all the time! I enjoyed the kite flying. A restaurant visit showed that it catered well for vegans at breakfast.
Finding the place was hard, steep steps exist at the front. Mobility-impaired guests could face difficulties.
