Wonderful Stay with Amazing Breakfast
great location room cleanliness tasty breakfast
The location proved convenient. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was great (especially the poached eggs!).

lovely sea view room
clear communication beautiful view clean room
the host communicated clearly prior to arrival. i was offered a room on a lower floor because of the stairs. there are stairs and no lift, so be aware of this detail. the view from my window was beautiful. the room was clean and had everything i needed.
breakfast could use some improvement. the milk at the table had spoiled. i think a small fridge for guest access would prevent this issue.

the room included coffee and tea facilities. complimentary biscuits. there was plenty of wardrobe space. the family room had a comfortable double bed and a single bed with silk duvet covers.

breakfast had a wide choice, i ordered it the night before. staff members are great. breakfast is available between 8 am and 9 am, i felt safe as a single traveler.

excellent stay!
perfect room ample coffee friendly staff warm greeting
i had a perfect room. it was just the right size! it was also very clean. the kettle and ample coffee made my mornings great. the staff felt more like friends! greeting me warmly each day.
the wifi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the guesthouse. it was only a minor inconvenience though.

the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. they remembered my name and breakfast preferences. they really were great too ensure i felt welcome and cared for throughout my stay.

The guesthouse has an excellent location near the beach and pier. the building features certificates of excellence. parking was easy. I found a spot quickly. there were good views from my room.

my room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed and soft pillows. there was good information in the room folder. i had a great view from my room, a nice spacious single. the bathroom was totally super clean!

the guesthouse is less than a minute's walk from the beach. it's also a five-minute walk to the pier. sunrise and sunset views were lovely! this place has an excellent location close to everything!

comfy bed plug sockets wifi issue no update
my room had a comfy bed. there were plenty of plug sockets available , which was very useful. the breakfast was lovely. the ladies working in the breakfast room were very friendly , too.
upon arrival , i was informed that the wifi was down. it was puzzling that i wasn't updated when it was fixed. i discovered it was working only towards the end of my stay.

friendly staff breakfast choice clean room small room small tv limited wardrobe
the staff was friendly. the breakfast had many choices and was cooked to perfection. i had a comfy and clean room with a sea view. the coffee machine it had, was a welcome bonus.
my room felt smaller than i expected. the tv was small. the hanging space isn't a wardrobe, so its not good for dresses.
