packed lunch spacious room ample tea
The staff provided a packed lunch when I needed an early breakfast. The room was spacious, more like a one-bedroom house. It offered ample tea and coffee.
One of the towels had a stain when I arrived.

Charming Stay Near White Horse Hill
local ingredients friendly staff proper coffee machine
The breakfast featured local ingredients. It was very tasty and satisfying. The staff were helpful and friendly, which i appreciated. I found a proper coffee machine in the room. It was very much appreciated as I am a bit of a coffee snob.
The room faced a tall hedge. This blocked most of the natural light.

I found the staff efficient. They were also very friendly. They were always ready to assist with any requests. Their helpful attitude contributed significantly to a wonderful stay. I was charmed.

decent stay
helpful staff packed lunch one bedroom neglected room stained towel tall hedge
the staff were helpful. they provided an alternative packed lunch because we needed an early breakfast before the kitchen was open. the room was more like a one bedroom house. it had plenty of tea and coffee.
the room felt a bit neglected. it WAS VERY cold when we checked in. i found one of the towels stained when we arrived. the only natural light came through French doors and they looked out onto a tall hedge.

Acceptable stay with some issues
dark room stained towel
The meals tasted good and the portions were large.
The room felt quite dark as the only natural light came through french doors. These doors faced directly onto a tall hedge blocking most of the light, it was not ideal. One of the towels also had a stain when I arrived, so I did not use it.

fabulous bathroom hot shower ample parking
The room had a fabulous bathroom and a hot shower (it was great!). The location was quiet and beautiful. There was plenty of parking available. The cask beer was perfect.
One of the towels in the room was slightly stained when I arrived.
