Charming Stay with GREAT food
friendly staff lovely food rustic feel
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that. The food was lovely, especially at breakfast and lunch. I liked the rustic feel of the bedrooms and the decor in the pub.
There was no milk or tea bags in the room, inconvenient. I had to request these items separately.

cold room wobbly fittings
The evening meal tasted good. I enjoyed the food.
The room was cold. the fittings seemed wobbly. The plumbing needed attention as the toilet flush didn't work properly without lifting the tank lid. there was no kettle until i borrowed one.

friendly staff lovely rooms ample parking lovely garden
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the rooms are located behind the pub. there was plenty of parking available (i imagine it might get busy during the summer). the garden looked lovely.
the room was slightly dusty around the edges of the floor and in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They seemed very attentive to our needs. the room decor had a rustic feel that i appreciated. the pub has good food, both at breakfast and for lunch on arrival day.
the outside areas seemed a bit untidy, it looked like they need care.
