great location, but

I had a great view from our balcony. the location was ideal. Its on the resort side, close to the beach, and walking distance to the resort pool. a coffee cart near reception was also a bonus. the room was spacious and well maintained. the air conditioning was great.
the floor felt sandy when i walked barefoot around the apartment. the bin in the cupboard had food all over it, like its not been cleaned since the last guests.

a coffee cart is near reception each morning, serving hot beverages. i regularly walked over to the marina area to visit the bakery. the unit had a kitchen with a full oven and cooktop to use.

the room has air conditioning that worked well and kept the space cool. bath towels were replaced daily by housekeeping. our unit had a kitchen, complete with a full oven and cooktop for meal preparation.

the apartments are on the resort side, convenient to many activities. the hotel is near walking tracks, perfect for exploring the area. the bus transfer to and from the marina was easy and quite convenient.

the staff were helpful and accomodating to all requests. i received a replacement tea towel promptly, upon request. the free shuttle bus service got me all over the island without issue.

The location was acceptable. I was close to the beach.
I found the noise unbearable. gardening with loud motorized tools started before 8am, which disrupted the peace i expected.

the apartment location was fantastic being so close to the beach. i rented the one-bedroom apartment sea view, it was great for cooking. the balcony was good sized and comfortable, it was good to eat outside.
the floor was really sandy. my feet were black after i walked around the apartment.
