sandpaper towelsdim lighting

the provided toiletries seemed like they were from a bygone era the towels was like sandpaper rubbing against my skin. the lighting was so dim it was like i was perpetually stuck in twilight. also the ice machine was out of order a minor inconvenience with major thirst implications. it's almost charming how consistently underwhelming everything is.
