I found the staff professional and quite helpful. The hotel's proximity to the main train hub is really convenient. There were also multiple konbinis nearby, I noticed. I especially appreciated the cleanliness. My room was impeccably clean.

I thought the rooms were smaller than expected. There was only enough walkway space for a carry-on suitcase.

the staff was professional and the hotel was clean. i appreciated the good location near the main hub for the train network.

The rooms were way too small. the walkway width in the room equaled approximately the length of a carryon suitcase. the bed sheets had red stains on them. That bothered me
