i found the location quite charming because its within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and shops. i appreciated the accessibility to the local area a lot. being so close really made exploring convenient. unlimited coffee and snacks in the lobby was a very nice touch to!

the shower room seemed to flood during showers. this was a minor inconvenience, but something i hope they improve. a simple fix to avoid water spill would be appreciated.

the hotel offers great proximity to gion district, i noted. a subway station is also just steps away from the hotel. this made getting around the area particularly simple.

The food at the restaurant had fantastic prices. It was good for a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms had clean designs. I also saw great views of the mountains from my room! This hotel has style and it's own bamboo forest inside.

The hotel gave plastic amenities in the room, what a waste!

Staff were helpful and friendly and offered good service. The hotel staff speaks English very well. The staff helped us work with local wash and fold services. I think this service is amazing!

the lobby provides complimentary coffee and snacks (a welcome touch after a day of exploring). the room had a wooden floor instead of carpet. i appreciated two bottles of water provided daily.

The room felt a little small. It was difficult to open two suitcases fully.
