fantastic foodfriendly staffmountain views

The food at the restaurant had fantastic prices. It was good for a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms had clean designs. I also saw great views of the mountains from my room! This hotel has style and it's own bamboo forest inside.

The hotel gave plastic amenities in the room, what a waste!

Breakfast has both Japanese and Western style choices. The hotel design is beautiful with a Zen feeling. The hotel has a snack and hot drink room next to the lobby. I think it is a lovely treat!

the lobby provides complimentary coffee and snacks (a welcome touch after a day of exploring). the room had a wooden floor instead of carpet. i appreciated two bottles of water provided daily.

The room felt a little small. It was difficult to open two suitcases fully.
