I found the location very good. It was just a short walk to the metro station. The staff members were helpful and friendly. I liked the big kitchen space with many tables available for use. The showers had good water pressure. The facilities were clean.
The shoe cabinet space had a slightly noticeable odor at times, which could be improved.

This accommodation is modern. It has ambient spaces. The cleanliness is amazing from the rooms to the bathrooms and kitchen. The staff explained everything very well.
The bed felt slightly damp continuously, likely due to the systems. The mattresses are quite thin.

The kitchen provides all necessary appliances and tableware. I also found many tables useful for dining and working. The showers offered good water pressure, and cleanliness was maintained (which is very important to me).
The female-only bathrooms lacked a card-locking system. This made the space accessible to anyone. The WiFi signal was weak in the rooms (due to the concrete walls, I suspect). I also noticed a lack of amenities compared to other places.
