I found the location very unique. I loved being right on the water. Smart tech, including the tv and air conditioning, impressed me. The staff replaced keys I dropped in the river with no issues. I appreciated its walking distance to the castle and its riverside location.

Riverside Retreat!

The room was spacious. It offered a beautiful view of the Vistula river. The reception gave duck feed to feed ducks. This added a nice touch to my stay. Breakfast in Panorama was unbelievable. It was good.
The hotel is lovely. it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. There is some building work around the riverside. It makes it a longer walk to reach one of the bridges.

The room was impeccably clean. The bed proved very comfortable for a restful night. I could easily walk to the main attractions.
Navigating with luggage was difficult. The hotel instructions were not clear, and no dedicated drive-in area existed for drop-offs (a golf cart just passed me).

i FOUND that the room lacked proper soundproofing. noise from outside and other guests disrupted sleep. the room was also smaller than expected, limiting movement, and the air conditioning was not effective, hard to maintain a comfortable temperature.
