Amazing hotel!
room upgrade heated floor comfy bed
i got a complimentary room upgrade! little treats were left in my room for my birthday. the bed was super comfy, and the shower had a heated floor. i was so happy!

daily service spacious balcony excellent spa
the room service was daily, and the room had a spacious balcony. the spa offers an excellent refreshing experience after walking. i also found a lovely ambiance with great food options at the gaia restaurant. the room was very quiet.
the gym equipment selection was slightly limited. i would have liked to see more variety.

the breakfast was excellent. waitstaffs were accommodating. i stayed in a quiet room near the inner yard. the beds were the best, i have ever slept on in a hotel.

The service was amazing and the location was very convenient. the room was beautiful with very comfortable bedding, and the shower was great. the bar area and decoration were very tasteful. It was a real pleasure for the eye. the car park was convenient too.
i noticed the staff at the reception were not as helpful as i expected.

The breakfast offered lovely cooked options. the restaurant next door, stradomska, is excellent. It features delicious meals, and i noticed that the staff was friendly. the bar had a vibrant atmosphere on friday and saturday evenings.

The staff were friendly and helpful with my luggage. i found that the driver waited and brought us back safely. He was courteous. toiletries in the room were by alexandra soveral.

the hotel has a pool, two saunas, and a steam room. the gym is well equipped. the historical interior design is excellent. the spa is well-thought-out, it is very clean and relaxing, and i loved the pool.

Very nice Hotel Experience!
excellent spa spacious balcony
This hotel had everything one could require including services daily. It was very quiet with a beautifully finished spacious balcony to rest upon after a busy day. The spa is excellent and refreshing after many steps in the city with outdoor space to catch some rays or enjoy a few chapters in a book. I found it a gem of a hotel in the centre.
I must say waiting for the room was a challenge. We had to wait over two hours.
