wonderful stay!

We had an immediate upgrade to a new room because of some issues, great! we stayed longer than planned. two polish restaurants are very close to the entrance. I thought they served amazing food. the location is quiet yet very close to main attractions, it's perfect!
the tv was not working properly which was slightly annoying, but it wasn't a big problem.

The room had fresh towels and smelled great when we entered. the shower and toilet were very clean throughout our visit. the windows faced a quiet street which was larger than i thought. there are nice balconies on each floor, too!

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I needed to find a place to buy a phone charger and they helped me out! also, they made sure our rooms were ready when we arrived early, which i really appreciated.

breakfast had plenty of veggie options which was delicious and very big. there was also a buffet with small bread rolls, croissants, cake, yoghurt, and fruit juice. unlimited tea and coffee were available, too!

a few issues impacted the stay.
limited breakfastmissing safe
i was looking forward to my stay, especially given the positive reviews. however, i encountered a couple of issues. the room lacked a safe, inconvenient. also, the breakfast choices felt limited, with only one option included and others requiring an extra charge (i felt a little disappointed).

poor soundproofinglimited breakfast
i was pretty annoyed about the lack of soundproofing i could hear everything from the rooms next door it was impossible to sleep until late the hotel provides earplugs that tells you something breakfast wasn't a buffet i had to choose from a limited menu there were few sweet options the salmon toast was not good at all
