I really enjoyed the breakfast. There was so much choice and the space was ample. the hotel staff were really good. From the parking attendants to the housekeeping team, they were always eager to help. the two nearby markets, tamarind and cicada, were excellent with much more than standard street market fare.

I enjoyed the deck area. direct beach access was a definite plus. the pool was fabulous. The kids loved it. there were always plenty of pool towels available. The staff were eager to help with drinks and food. i loved that.

the gym could use a bit more air conditioning. it got a little stuffy during my workout. however, i managed.

The architecture has a beautiful heritage style. I found a well-kept garden, pool, and bar. The location is near the weekend Cicada market, an easy walk. Grab taxis are readily available. I also appreciated daily water refills and the rattan beach bag provided.

I noticed some minor wear and tear in the room.
