inconsistent service
clean roommandatory gratuityinattentive bartender
the room was acceptably clean upon arrival.
I found the mandatory gratuity of 20% unacceptable, especially given the poor service at the pool bar. the bartender refused to provide water and was generally inattentive. this contrasted sharply with the excellent service at tesoro cove, where the staff was attentive. The disparity in service was frustrating.

wonderful suite at a convenient location
great viewclean roomrelaxing area
The suite offered a great view. I could watch the fireworks at epcot from my window. the room was clean. the front desk staff was great. outdoor areas allowed relaxation and fun. a coffee shop offered nice drinks.
the air conditioner condensate behind a wall in my room made a horrible noise at night. this made sleep difficult for me.

The on-site café made a great-tasting latte. It was definitely delicious, perfect for a morning boost, and the breakfast selection had excellent options, offering something for everyone. i recommend it.

the family room had a king bed and a bunk bed, accommodating my family comfortably and the presence of several usb ports and electrical outlets made it easier to charge all of our devices. the room was spacious.

The valet dept had pedro. He offered excellent service and was a pleasure to have him help us, or the front desk staff was great, attending to our needs with promptness and courtesy. they all seemed very committed.
