excellent stay

the front desk was quick. i received frequent shuttles to disney parks. the beds and pillows were super clean and cozy. i liked the fresh scent everywhere. the pizza place downstairs closes at 11pm. the pizza was good too.
the hotel payment system was not working when i arrived. even though i had paid in advance they required a deposit. i was tired after a long trip.

The queen suite accommodated my family comfortably. The on-site pizza and wings place provided an easy dinner option after busy days. Tammy at the breakfast area was friendly and helpful (she really made our mornings!). Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel .

The complimentary shuttle to the Disney parks was super convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean suites. Breakfast offers many choices. I loved my stay!
The room had a slightly musty smell because the room was furnished with many upholstered items and carpets.

small fitness roombreakfast options
I found a couple things amiss . First, the fitness room proved to be pretty small with little weight equipment. It needs expanded and give more options. Second, the breakfast offered the same items everyday. I would be nice to give more options and also be nice to bring the food back to the rooms. The swimming pool was great but I reminded me of the area needed to be cleaned and organized in the area.
