i found the room to be clean, a standard that i appreciated. the location proved quite convenient, especially given the proximity to various shops and restaurants. the staff showed attentiveness throughout my stay, ready to address any questions i had about the area.

the pool was heated and i enjoyed the spa after a day of exploring. the room was spacious and it included a laundry area plus a large bathroom. the apartment was clean and the staff were helpful.
the sofa had stains i could see and smell and i suspect it may be pet urine. the floor carpets also had some unknown stains that were noticeable.

The apartment had lovely ocean views from the lounge and bedroom. It was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was nice at the coffee shop on level one. I appreciated the convenient location only minutes from the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants.
The client wifi connection had issues, and I had to use the non-secured wifi.

The coffee shop on level one was very convenient. I found Monalisa and Helena, two staff members from Brazil, were fantastic. They gave many tips, recommended dishes, and suggested places that were worthwhile.

The location was great close to the beach with short walking distance. It was also near shops, bars, and restaurants. Public transport was easily accessible with the light rail tram nearby.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They offered many recommendations. I found the older lady at reception super friendly. She was also very helpful during check-in, and she answered all my questions.
