friendly staff great variety nightly bbq
The staff was friendly. Tugce in Guest Relations IS helpful. Food options were plentiful. The main restaurant HAD variety. There was a BBQ every night too.

cold pools unhelpful staff
The buffet offered a good variety. The food was of a high quality. I guess that part was fine.
The pools were ridiculously cold. They even seemed cold for the kids. The staff was not helpful. I don't think anyone there spoke English.
