i found the location convenient close to the qvb and town hall station. staff held my bags as my flight arrived early. i also appreciated they let me change before leaving for the airport later that day.
the room was a bit small, and it was hard to open both suitcases at the same time

My single room was near the town hall. I had an early flight, so I checked in and left my suitcase. I received a call when my room was available. The staff welcomed me each time I entered or left the hotel. The upgrade to an executive room felt special and included complimentary wine.

The location was fantastic! it was super close to town hall station and the qvb. the room i had included a tv and a well-stocked minibar. i also appreciated how friendly the staff were. They greeted me whenever i walked past.
I was a bit disappointed that there was no heating, and instead, they brought a heater from bunnings. there also seemed to be some rules for showering. I needed to keep the door closed to avoid setting off the fire alarm due to steam. a grate on the floor kept popping up under my feet too.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel has a very central location, near shopping areas. I found the staff very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated how quiet it was, despite being in a central area.
The air conditioning could not be manually regulated in my room. It made the room a bit uncomfortable.
