the executive one bedroom suite offered great value. three of us were able to stay comfortably as a pull-out bed was available in the lounge area.
the carpet in the hallway looked rather worn!

This hotel has a superb location near Circular Quay. The accessibility to ferries is excellent. The room had an up-to-date design and a split-level layout. A kitchen and living area made self-catering easy for us.. especially after a few weeks of travel. The lobby bar felt comfortable. I found the reception staff very helpful.
During my visit, the rooftop pool area was closed. This felt disappointing, as it could have enhanced the experience.

a mixed experience with some drawbacks
scuff marksdrilling noise
this time, the hotel felt a bit tired. i noticed scuff marks on the walls, and some dust in the corners. also, there was scaffolding outside, and i wasn't notified about it. drilling woke me up early one morning, quite annoying!!!
