noisy fridgeunregulated water
The mini fridge made a lot of noise. It woke me up several times so I turned it off. The shower head was too small. The water temperature was difficult to regulate. It got dangerously hot very quickly. Access to outside seating was not available despite its supposed presence.

The large room featured many windows. It offered amazing seaviews. The views were lovely! The king size bed was VERY comfortable. The private bathroom was large with a great shower cubicle.
Some amenities that should have been available WERE not. The mini fridge was noisy. It disturbed my sleep to the point I turned it off. I stopped caring

The location provided beautiful views of the sea. IT was quiet, a bit outside of the center. The walk to the beach took approximately 10 minutes, A QUICK stroll.

i felt a wave of joy as i saw my room, so beautiful with its sea view. the hosts were very friendly, they were accommodating.
the amenities said to be available, they were not all there, it was a little let down.

the room was spacious, it was well furnished. i found a fridge and biccies, along with hot chocolate waiting. there were also treats for our dog, such thoughtful and lovely touches.

amazing king room and breakfast!

This was my first visit and i'm already planning a return. i stayed in the king room, specifically room number 3, and it was a really large, beautiful space. the bathroom was conveniently located just outside the room. It was also big and very well presented.
the sign for the b&b wasn't very visible. we almost drove past it.

The breakfast was probably the best i've had at a guest house. There was a great deal of choice. i enjoyed the lovely food. Everything was cooked perfectly and i had a fabulous choice.

The location was very convenient. It wasn't too far from the town centre. i appreciated the bonus of off-street parking, something that always helps when you're travelling on your own.

amazing hosttop class breakfastfamily care
i have visited a few times , but not since 2020. it was as great as i expected. mike and his family are amazing hosts , i could tell they care about your stay , they want to. the breakfast was top class.
the mini fridge was a bit noisy , i had to turn it off.

the king room with a sea view featured a comfortable bed , fresh milk , and water , it all helped to create a homely atmosphere. this spacious room included facilities for making drinks , a real convenience for us.

the host was very kind and helpful , i was informed before arrival about the key location. parking in the drive was a great feature , especially considering the area. the host paid attention to details .

The breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable. It had a sea view. I walked ten minutes to the beach. Local shops were five minutes away.
Some amenities that were meant to be available weren't. The mini fridge was very noisy. It kept waking us up. I had to turn it off. The shower head is stupidly small.
