the location proved convenient I walked to several destinations. the room featured modern design elements I found appealing. the staff provided attentive service they addressed my inquiries promptly.
the room's lighting was insufficient it was difficult to read in the evenings. the bathroom lacked privacy the toilet area had a semi-transparent door. noise from the street disturbed sleep traffic continued late into the night.

My room was modern with funky gadgets. The location is GOOD for exploring the city. Soundproofing worked WELL. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The beds were HARD. I woke up with sore backs and necks because of this. The soundproofing isn't good. I could hear people walking above me.

The room have many gadgets. I also love the funky add ons. The location it provided was good for eating out along Lygon St It was easy getting into the city from there. The soundproofing was excellent even though it located on a busy corner.
The reception area appear very dimly lit. The greeting I received on arrival seemed cool. I did noticed our room was right across from a small conference room. I could hear chatter easily when attendees take breaks between sessions.

The room was acceptably clean upon arrival.
The bathroom design lacks privacy. The woven door is semi-transparent. I found the placement of the tap and shallow sink impractical. I couldn't fill a water bottle without water splashing everywhere. (It was quite frustrating.)
