The hotel had a well-equipped gym. It featured treadmills and stationary bikes. The courtyard included fire pits and s'mores kits were provided. The breakfast from the food truck was tasty.
Some games and equipment showed wear and could use replacement.

the hotel has direct access to fisherman's wharf. the staff accommodated my requests . quirky common areas included secure outdoor seating, fire pits and games.
the coffee machine in my room did not work. it took two days for the hotel to replace it. i found this inconvenient as i wanted coffee in the mornings.

I enjoyed the closeness to the pier. Its location really is perfect. The outdoor courtyard was good. It provided comfortable seating areas for relaxation. I also appreciated that coffee was freshly brewed and available without charge all day. The team provided really good assistance too. Very pleased!
The room seemed a bit worn, it had some scratched-up surfaces. Otherwise it was amazing!

The hotel has an enclosed courtyard with seating areas. There are also games like billiards and ping pong. Perfect for relaxation. You can easily find spots to unwind or play games.

I appreciated the convenient location very close to Pier 39. The customer service was FANTASTIC. Staff members were very helpful. I also enjoyed the fun lobby games available. The ice and filtered water machine was a NICE bonus.
I noticed the windows do not open. It would have been nice to get some fresh air.
