the air conditioning malfunctioned one evening. water dripped from it and staff only offered towels initially. they eventually moved us to a smaller room with one bed for three people.

This place reminded me of a true escape, providing the best of both worlds with its quiet, countryside charm and simple access to the city because of their shuttle service. the wonderful setting, serene atmosphere, pretty pool, and lovely spa treatments. the staff sets it apart. They are so kind, helpful, and always happy to help. their warm smiles and dedication.
the air conditioning only had one function, 'cold'! when it rained, humidity and cold together made it hard to adjust! i felt it would be much better with a 'warm' function.

the staff were helpful and accommodating. they arranged excursions and provided activity suggestions. i appreciated the complimentary shuttle bus service to the beach and old town. i stayed in the beautiful double or twin room, it was spacious.
the air conditioning only had a cold setting. i found this inconvenient during the humid weather. breakfast could use some improvement. the pastries seemed to be of lower quality.

I found the gardens manicured nicely. The pool looks nice and there is a spa. Transportation into town and to the beach was convenient by bike. I could use the free shuttle or a Grab taxi very easily. The staff was fantastic. I feel they wanted my stay amazing.
The air conditioning only offered a cold setting, not a warm option, not ideal for humid days.

The gym has treadmills, bikes, and weight machines. All looks new. I saw that the pool area includes many loungers and shaded spots. A free shuttle to town runs multiple times each day if you want to visit the old town.
