the staff helped plan our trip. they gave good local tips. i found the staff very polite. dolphin (concierge) and ms nyueng. they even helped locate my lost drone.

the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). they made cappuccinos on request. there were also many fruits and pastries. the breakfast hours finished early.

the room featured a balcony with a pool view. the beds had four posters placed in the water. the room size was nice. it offered comfortable accommodations.

the room was roomy with great air conditioning. the location provides a free shuttle bus service (i used it everyday!). the staff were friendly without being obsequious.
the pillows were a little lumpy.

The breakfast included a wide variety of fresh options. I especially enjoyed the egg bar. the staff arranged a taxi pickup from the airport for me. they efficiently helped me organize shipping some luggage home with a vendor they trust.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff was attentive. They provided helpful tips about local shops. mrs hugh, mrs hannah, and mrs tom were particularly kind. their assistance created very good memories!!!
