the staff were very kind and caring and tried their best to accommodate my needs. the rooms were top notch and completely beat my expectations. the daily room service always gave a nice surprise with fresh sheets and towels.

the sheet had a stain i noticed. it was around a 2km walk to the old town. because of the location, many grab drivers didn't want to turn in, so i had to walk out to the main road to get a taxi.

a lovely riverside escape

we booked a beautiful room river view. the room had a balcony overlooking the river, beautiful. the beds were huge and comfortable. it was a short walk into the centre, about 15 minutes, quicker than staying right in town.

the room wasn't soundproofed well. i could hear movement from rooms above and next to mine.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. i loved that they remembered all the guests' names. That personal touch made a difference. they go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels welcome and cared for.
