My room included a sauna , which was A GREAT treat. The breakfast had amazing variety and was very good. The staff also noticed I was vegetarian. They proposed out of menu dishes for me, which I did not even ask for.
The glass doors to the bathroom in the room are not very convenient. the waiter at dinner tried to make us 'buy' three drinks. We had NOT ordered those drinks. IT was a strange experience.

The staff was sometimes unhelpful. Slippers cost 7 Euro. At dinner, the waiter tried to charge us for three drinks we had not ordered, which I found quite inappropriate.

The hotel offered a bus service with scheduled trips to the ski lift I appreciate this service. Spa facilities were great. I used them after skiing. The 5 course dinner had a vegetarian option. I was happy to enjoy it.
The glass doors to the bathroom were not very convenient. This affected privacy. It is the only issue I experienced . I hope they fix it in the future.

The rooms were clean and well-kept. I appreciate that. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well each night. The bathroom included high-quality toiletries. This added to the experience.
