The room was very spacious (it was a nice surprise) and its design seemed like a small apartment.
The room wasn't cleaned properly . I reported this issue, but the cleaning staff still didn't properly clean the room. The water pressure on the top floor was quite low, made showering difficult after a day of exploring the city.

Charming Loft Experience

I found the location excellent, very near the metro station. The room design features cool decor and a comfy sofa. I particularly enjoyed the top-floor bar and cafe area. It felt quite inviting.
The restaurant service was a bit slow.

The location was next to the metro. That was convenient.
Housekeeping didn't seem thorough. I found a few spots missed during cleaning, and it made me question the overall hygiene of the space, i expected a better level of cleanliness.

the staff was friendly. the location was near public transport.
the air conditioning did not work in the room. we changed rooms, but the air conditioning in that room also didn't work. it turned out to be a problem in all the rooms. the common areas were cooled, but we spent four nights with the windows partially open, hoping it would be cold enough at night. it just wasn't good enough.

the loft had everything needed. the hotel location is next to the metro station. this made getting to the city center easy. the hotel also featured a terrace, so i could relaxed.
i found used toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival, so the cleanliness was not good. i found this concerning and unhygienic. this impacted my stay.
