Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to Gare St Lazare and St Augustin metro stops. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had been updated with modern fixtures. Towel warmers were available in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly. They accommodated a takeout breakfast order before the normal breakfast hours with fresh pastries, fruit, and yogurt.
The room keys stopped working during the first day of my stay. The closet was also quite tiny with limited space. Water bottles were not consistently refilled daily.

The hotel is conveniently located near both Gare St Lazare and St Augustin metro stops. A Carrefour supermarket is a few meters from the hotel, which allows easy access to necessities. This location makes exploring the area very straightforward.

I found the location quite convenient. It is near the train station and shopping areas, VERY accessible! The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, especially when I needed directions. They helped me with luggage storage, allowing me to explore a bit more after checkout.
I encountered a slight delay during the check-in process. This happened EVEN though there weren't many other guests around. Hopefully, they can improve efficiency in this area.

Wonderful Stay in the City Center

I found the location to be convenient with easy access to transportation. The staff was consistently cute and helpful throughout my visit. I also appreciated the early check-in they allowed and the birthday room upgrade was a total surprise. The room service menu offered very tasty options and anything I needed, the staff did their best to accommodate.
The room keys failed on the first day. It was quite an inconvenience

The hotel's proximity to Saint Lazare was excellent. It was perfect for visiting Normandy. Several metro lines are nearby, made accessing many tourist attractions simple. Shops, restaurants, and museums are very close. The average ride costs about $10.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted me with welcome drinks. One particular concierge. I got help to the top of the Eiffel Tower. The staff decorated my room for my birthday.
