modern room delicious breakfast friendly staff central location
i had such a great time! my room was super clean and modern. breakfast was delicious! the staff were friendly and helpful. plus, the location was AMAZING!!! it was so close to everything, i walked everywhere!
it was a minor inconvenience, but everything else was fantastic!

helpful staff clean room comfy bed
staff was friendly and very helpful for me. the room was nice and very clean, it was awesome. the bed was so comfy, and the location was really convenient to the square. i could find my way around town easily.
the street outside was noisy at 5 am from trams and taxis, a bit of a bother.

easy access castle towers top floor hotel road building site corner drop
The location offered easy access to the old town and the Wawel Castle. I found many restaurants and markets nearby. My room was small but functional, it was a beautiful double room. i COULD see the Wawel Castle towers from my room on the top floor.
The hotel road was a building site. The hotel did not inform me of this issue. I had to walk through mud to get to the entrance. The taxi dropped me off around the corner.

my beautiful double room featured a very large bathroom. The shower had good water pressure. I appreciated the hotel providing both heating and air conditioning.
I did notice very slight street noise.

the room had expected utilities in good condition. i found the breakfast to be very good. the staff was helpful . the location proved convenient for accessing the centre.
the road outside had building works i was not informed of this work made access difficult

The room included a safewith additional security for valuables. I was also happy to have air conditioning . It kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The shower facilities were efficient and reliable. This was a great convenience after long days exploring.
The ongoing road works outside caused some minor inconvenience.
